Customer Service Guarantee We strive for quality books, worksheets, and audio media materials. Occasionally, damage can occur in production or in shipment. We will gladly refund or replace your product if an issue arises. Please notify us immediately of any quality or damage issues (call 800.805.0996 or e-mail info@sappbiz.com). Telephone Orders To order by telephone, call 800.805.0996 Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). Order Processing Orders placed by noon Eastern Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after noon Monday through Friday will begin processing the next day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, pending availability and credit approval. Sales Tax Indiana residents are subject to a 6% sales tax. Residents of all other states are tax-exempt. Shipping Charges We use DHL, UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, and the US postal service (USPS) for shipping. Only the USPS will ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes. Packages being shipped outside the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. must be delivered by next-day air. Books are heavy and shipping multiple books can be expensive. We will always select the least expensive shipment method available to you, unless you specify otherwise. * Our primary carrier for ground shipments is DHL. Return Policy * Downloadable products, such as worksheets, are nonrefundable once download occurs. * Downloadable products can be downloaded only once for each purchase. * We will provide full credit for any book or audio media that is returned within 14 days of shipment date. * Shipping charges are nonrefundable. * Refunds will be made by original method of payment within 5 days after we receive the returned items.
